

Cancellation & Payment Policy
As your hairstylist we are dedicated to personalized, one-on-one service. To ensure we are able to accommodate our guests, reservations require 24 hour notice for any cancellation or schedule changes. Any reservations cancelled less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service cost. In the event of a no show, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged.
Late Policy
We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service possible. If you are running late please let us know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will need to reschedule your appointment and are subject to a cancellation fee. Please plan accordingly to receive the best experience!
Service Policy
We strive to provide exceptional services in a professional, one-on-one setting. Eighty8 Salon does not issue refunds. However, if you have questions or concerns about the service received please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your service, we will make every effort to make any adjustments possible within the first 7 days after your service.
Gratuity
Gratuity is always welcome and greatly appreciated. It may be accepted via credit card, zelle, venmo or cash.
No Children or Pets
For the comfort and safety of all clients, we have a no children or pets policy in the salon. This ensures a relaxing, distraction-free environment for your services. Thank you for your understanding!
Is parking available?
If you plan to drive to your appointment, please be sure to allot time for parking. There is an abundance of street, meter, parking around the salon on Randolph and Aberdeen.
Do you offer hair extension maintenance if I bring/have my own hair to be installed?
If you already have hair extensions that need to be maintained, we are always accepting new clients and happy to accomodate your maintenance routine.

If you need to have new hair extension hair installed and prefer to purchase on your own, you are welcome to do so. You will, however, be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging you have done so and Eighty8 Salon is not responsible for the quality and wear-and-tear of the hair.

What types of hair extensions do you offer?
We specialize in hair extensions at Eighty8 Salon, and offer different methods to suit your specific needs and goals. The types of hair extensions we specialize in include: beaded weft hair extensions, k-tip hair extensions, and tape-in hair extensions.

If you are new to hair extensions starting with a consultation is the best step. During the consultation we can discuss cost of hair and service, maintenance requirements and your goals. Pricing for hair extensions varies depending on the method, needs and goals for the client.
